Local company wins national design award
Local kitchen company, Arcade Kitchens (Ilkley) Ltd has won a national design award sponsored by 20-20 Fusion, the leading innovator in Computer Aided Design software.
Designer, Jonathan Crane, beat off strong competition from many bigger agencies to win the accolade for Arcade Kitchens with his innovative design for a hand built and painted kitchen.
The winning entry demonstrated proficient skill as well as artistic style resulting in photorealistic images that could be used to show the customers what they are buying.
20-20 Fusion commented: "The entries received nationwide, were of an extremely high standard, but, it was Jonathan's entry that stood out as exceptional and received a unanimous vote from the panel of judges.
"These crisp, detailed images can only be created by someone with flair and a detailed knowledge of the software."
Nigel Tapper, local businessman and owner of Arcade Kitchens, adds: "We are delighted with the award. After more than 29 years in Ilkley it's gratifying to be recognised nationally and this award will be added to our trophy cupboard that spans almost three decades".
